Landlord and Tenant Board Services
Our service includes preparing documentation and attending LTB hearings. The client is responsible for any incurred translation costs, including the cost of hiring a translator/interpreter, as well as legal fees paid directly to the board.
Family Law Related Services
- Uncontested divorce/ divorce by agreement:
An uncontested divorce is what everyone hopes for. There is no defendant. Both parties jointly file the statement of claim for divorce.
All decisions have been made and agreed on. There is no need for a defendant because there is nothing to defend.
There is no requirement of service of documents; there is no 30-day appeal period after the divorce judgment is granted.
- Unilateral divorce:
Unilateral divorce means one spouse decides to terminate the marriage without the consent of the other.
This is possible whether a spouse files a no-fault divorce—meaning neither party is responsible for the marriage coming to an end—or an at-fault divorce that assigns blame, such as adultery or abuse.
- Complex divorce:
Complex divorce happens when the couple have trouble agreeing on major terms, such as what to do with your assets, properties, and custody. We represent couples who are facing complex divorce cases involving significant assets, custody disputes, and more.
- Agreements:

We provide a full range of notary public services, including notarizing certified true copies, oaths and affidavits, and statutory declarations.
The documents we process include marriage certificate, divorce certificate, custodianship declaration, birth certificate, death certificate, Chinese household registration certificate, certificate of kinship, educational credentials (degrees, diplomas, certificates), and more.
TRANSLATION
Our translation and interpretation services are available for English, Mandarin, and Fuzhou. We provide court interpretation, conference interpretation, and other simultaneous interpretation services.
